Instructions
In a small saucepan, combine the soy sauce, honey, brown sugar, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger. Bring to a simmer over medium heat, stirring occasionally until the sugar has dissolved.
In a small bowl, whisk together the cornstarch and water until smooth. Add the cornstarch mixture to the saucepan and stir until the sauce has thickened. Remove from heat.
Preheat the grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then brush generously with the teriyaki sauce.
Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes per side, or until cooked through and no longer pink in the center.
Brush the chicken with more teriyaki sauce, then sprinkle with sesame seeds and sliced green onions for garnish.
Serve hot with rice and steamed vegetables.
